2.5 Lb. Cod Loins
1 Handful Fresh Chopped Yellow & Red Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Clarified Butter or Ghee
1 Shallot Chopped
1/2 Cup White Wine
1/4 TBSP Fresh Basil, Dill, and Parsley Chopped
