There are a few things you can do to keep the natural surface of these baking pans looking its best.
Consider lining pans or greasing with shortening or oil to prevent the discoloration and tacky feel that cooking spray can cause. For best results, use only hard rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils, and hand wash in warm soapy water using a dishcloth.
These hard-working pans are oven safe up to 600°F (315°C), making them durable for most anything you want to bake. Please do not use them on your stovetop or store them in the freezer.
