Hand washing all fine cutlery is recommended.
Hand washing Rada’s silver-handle knives and utensils is recommended. This prevents microscopic dings on the blades’ cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher's high temperatures and abrasive detergents, and helps protect your cutlery from corrosion, ultimately extending the life of the finish. While Rada’s black-handle knives are more tolerant to the dishwasher, Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery.
Great quality and cuts my homemade bread perfectly. Smaller size and light weight makes this knife very easy to use. I can cut with it much easier than the longer, heavier bread knife I had been using. Love the Rada knives, they have been my preferred choice for many years and this 6" Bread Knife is definitely one of my favorites.
I have had my bread knife for many years and loved it. I recently purchased another for my daughters birthday. She is so happy with hers too! Gave her a penny along w knife. When you give a knife or sharp item..include a penny so they dont get cut.
This bread knife is perfect for smaller-sized loaf breads and rolls. I especially like it for croissants and buns. I have been a Rada user for years and I love their products (my knife drawer is full of them :) ) They are very affordable and you can count on a lifetime of use. My first Rada purchase was a French chef's knife 25+ years ago and it is still my go-to knife for everything from deboning a chicken to whatever else I throw at it. You will never regret purchasing a Rada knife, so if you're looking for the perfect little bread knife, this is it.
I am love, love, loving these knives. They keep a sharp edge, easy to hold and seemingly stay sharp!
