DESCRIPTION
The 9½" Carving Fork is designed to be used for carving and lifting cooked meats, providing a secure grasp. The versatility of this fork allows users to turn meat while grilling or frying on the stove, hold it in place while carving, and lift the meat for serving.
RECOMMENDED USES
Designed to hold meat while its being carved, but of course, there’s no need to reserve it just for meat. Use this fork whenever you need to hold any food firmly in place while slicing it; convenient for picnics, cookouts, and everyday use.
TINES
The 5⅛" tines of our Carving Fork are made from quality 300 series high-nickel stainless steel—constructed to ensure unparalleled durability. The piercing tips will easily penetrate any meat’s surface.
HANDLE
This utensil has two handle options. The silver handle is made from permanently cast brushed aluminum and has a satin finish. The black handle is constructed from stainless steel resin. Both are incredibly durable and fit beautifully into any kitchen décor.

Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery. Hand washing prevents microscopic dings on a knife blade’s cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents that will negatively affect its handle, and ultimately extends the life of the knife.
While Rada’s black handle knives and utensils are more dishwasher tolerant than the silver handles, hand washing is still recommended.
It boils down to this: When knives last a lifetime like Rada Cutlery knives do, you want them to remain in tip-top condition so you can enjoy them for a lifetime.

We started out in a small facility producing just six products and three gift sets, several of which are still in production today. We’ve come a long way since then and offer 125+ products from knives, utensils, and gift sets to kitchen tools, food mixes, and recipe and gift books.
Through the years, Rada has remained strong, with this goal at the forefront: providing outstanding knives at an exceptional value that everyone can afford. Because sharp knives shouldn’t be a luxury.
