Rada Quick Mixes are a fun and easy way to serve up a tasty dish for any occasion. Whether it is entertaining with a creamy sweet dip, snuggling up with a bowl of warm soup or grilling with our seasonings and marinades, you will be sure to find a lot to love.

Rada Cutlery has a variety of quick mixes to choose from that include cheeseballs, sweet dips, savory dips, warm dips, sauces, soups, cheesecakes and our newest addition seasoning and marinades. Just add an ingredient or two to our quick mixes to make your delicious creation.

The Rada Quick Mix Recipes offered on this site use these same mixes as an ingredient to create more elaborate recipes that are sure to please your friends and family. Enjoy!

 


 

Recipes made with our Bacon Cheddar Dip

Cheddar Ale & Bacon Soup

  • 1 (10 oz.) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 pkg. Bacon Cheddar Dip Quick Mix
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz. Non-alcoholic Lager Beer
  • 1/2 C. Cooked Chopped Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

        In a sauce-pan, combine cream of chicken soup, Bacon Cheddar Dip Quick Mix, cream cheese and beer. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in chopped bacon and parsley.

        Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

        • 1 lb. Ground Beef
        • 1-10 3/4 oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix
        • 3/4 C. Milk
        • 1 pkg. Bacon Cheddar Dip Quick Mix
        • 8 oz. Cream Cheese (cut into pieces)
        • Approx. 1 lb. Potato Puffs (Tator Tots)

          Preheat oven to 400º F. In a saucepan, brown ground beef and drain. Over medium-high heat, stir in Cream of Mushroom Soup and milk. Add Bacon Cheddar Quick Mix Dip and Cream Cheese. Stir constantly until Cream Cheese has melted. Transfer to a greased 8”x 8” baking dish. Top with a single layer of Potato Puffs and bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

          Cucumber Onion Dill Grilling Sauce 

          Combine dip mix, mayonnaise, yogurt and lime. Mix well. Grill, broil or bake the Salmon or steak. Brush fish or steak with grilling sauce before serving. Serve extra on the side for dipping.

          Creamy Cucumber Onion Dill Dressing 

          Combine Cucumber Onion Dill seasoning and milk. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then serve over your favorite salad. 

           


            

          Recipes made with our Sriracha Ranch Dip Mix

          Sriracha Ranch Pulled Chicken Sliders

          • 1 pkg. Sriracha Ranch Dip Quick Mix
          • 1 C. Mayonnaise
          • 1 C. Sour Cream
          • 1 Rotisserie Chicken (chilled, deboned and skin removed)
          • 1/2 C. Yellow Onion, diced
          • 1–4 oz. Can Diced Green Chilies
          • 1 C. Finely Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
          • Leaf Lettuce or another type of lettuce as needed
          • 2 Roma Tomatoes, thinly sliced
          • 1–1/2 pkg. Dollar rolls or Small Dinner Rolls.

          Remove the skin from the chicken and pull the meat from the bones. Break apart into bite-size pieces. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and Sriracha Ranch Dip Quick Mix. Add the chicken, diced onion, green chilies and shredded cheese. Mix until incorporated and then spoon into sliced dinner rolls. Add leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes as desired.
          Serves 10-12

          Fish Tacos with Sriracha Ranch Slaw

          Slaw:

          • 1 Pkg Rada Cutlery Sriracha Ranch Dip Quick Mix
          • 1 & 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
          • 1/2 C. Sour Cream
          • 1- 10 oz. pkg. Finely Shredded Cabbage
          • 1 Red bell pepper (sliced thin)
          • 1 Roma tomato (seeds removed and sliced)
          • 1 Large Jalapeno Tomato (seeds removed and sliced)

          In a bowl, combine, mayonnaise and sour cream; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated. Cover and refrigerate.

            Fish Tacos

            • 1 1/2 lbs. Salmon, Mahi Mahi or any other fish that is suitable to grill (divided into 3 oz. portions)
            • 8 taco size flour tortillas
            • 1 Avocado (sliced)
            • Olive oil
            • Salt and pepper
            • 2 Limes (quartered)

            Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 350 degrees F. Brush fish with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place on well-oiled grill and cook to desired doneness. Heat tortillas on grill. Divide half of the slaw between the eight tortillas. Place fish on top of slaw and top with remaining slaw equally. Place a slice of avocado on top and serve with lime wedges.
            Serves 4



             

            Recipes made with our Cinnamon Roll Sweet Dip Mix

            Stuffed French Toast

             

            Blend together the Rada Cinnamon Roll Sweet Dip Mix and softened cream cheese. Spread evenly on six pieces of the Texas toast, then top with the remaining six pieces. In a wide, shallow bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. Dip each side of the stacked French toast into the egg and milk mixture, then place on a preheated griddle. Cook over medium heat, flipping to evenly toast each side. Serve with fresh fruit.

            Fresh Baked Cinnamon Rolls 

            • Cinnamon Rolls:
              • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
              • 2 cans refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
            • Icing:
              • 1 C. Powdered Sugar
              • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
              • 1 Tbsp. Milk

              Preheat oven to 375° F. Blend the Rada Cinnamon Roll Sweet Dip Mix with softened cream cheese and set aside. Roll out one can of crescent rolls, keeping in one large sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over dough. Re-roll the dough into a log, then cut into eight sections. Repeat process with the second can of crescent rolls. Grease an 8 inch round cake pan. Place all of the cinnamon rolls into the pan, with sides touching. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a golden brown. Combine icing ingredients and spread over rolls while they are still warm. (For a thinner icing add an additional 1 Tbsp. milk.)
