The Rada Cutlery Cook’s Knife is one you will grow to love. While it is a larger sized knife, it is still easy to control and not intimidating like a chef knife.  Featuring a 6 ¼ inch blade, the size makes it perfectly suited for serious cooking tasks.

This Cook’s Knife will allow you to dice and mince vegetables for casseroles, salads, soups, and countless other recipes. The blade is specially designed to rock gently for cutting or mincing, while the surgical quality, high-carbon, stainless steel blade is hand-sharpened for a razor edge. Whatever food you take the Cook’s Knife to, you can expect a great cut that will bring out the most potential in your recipes.

Users of the Cook’s Knife agree that it is the best knife they have in their kitchen.

“I use it for everything,” said one customer of the Cook’s Knife. “From slicing vegetables, cutting meat. Even cutting an ice cream cake. The blade is thin and works so great. I had made a recipe using crackers where you have to cut cracker in half length wise. This knife did it with out breaking a cracker. It is my ‘go-to’ knife. I plan on buying several for gifts.”

“This knife is a perfect fit for my hands. It is very sharp and looks great in my kitchen. I have given several away as gifts and everyone loves it. I would recommend this knife to anyone that wants a knife that is affordable and great to use,” raved another Cook’s Knife user.

“I have several of these. They show up incredibly sharp. This is definitely my go-to knife,” wrote another customer in a 5-star Amazon review.

Care Instructions
(Hand Wash VS Dishwasher)

Hand washing all fine cutlery is the preferred method of cleaning because:

  1. Hand washing prevents unnecessary microscopic dings on the blades' cutting edge.
  2. Recent government mandated changes to phosphate-free dish washing detergents creates a harsh environment for metals - including stainless steel blades and in particular our silver brushed aluminum handles.
  3. Dishwashers have evolved to higher temperatures for cleansing and drying that are incompatible with fine cutlery.

Some customers choose to use the dishwasher with varying results depending on their detergent, water mineral composition and dishwasher. The combination of these factors affect the pace and degree of oxidation experienced.

Cooks Knife a kitchen must have.

I am so happy to have purchased this knife for my family country cottage vacation home. I tested it out at home and find it incredibly versatile. One caution: the knife is sharp. If you don’t keep your daily cutlery sharpened you may easily cut yourself.

Best ever

Love the way it cuts so smoothly and when it starts to dull a quick swipe or two across the sharpener and it is good as new. Great knife!

Old Hickory Knives

I have always owned these types of knives for50 years. I just discovered Rada cutlery and I am a new convert. I am in the process of changing all my knives to Rada. I really love them.
