The Rada Cheese Knife is an innovative tool that effortlessly cuts through and helps serve an array of cheeses.

All Rada knives are backed by the Rada Guarantee

The Extraordinary Value of Rada's Cheese Knife

  • The cheese knife by Rada Cutlery is unique, with a sleek, visually striking design owed to its superior quality. This serrated cheese knife features a blade manufactured exclusively with cheese in mind, and it easily cuts both soft cheeses like Brie and hard cheeses like cheddar.

But it’s not just sharpness that makes this the best cheese knife you can own. The blade’s cutouts reduce resistance, allowing the cheese to release while cutting. The ridge gently separates cut cheese, ensuring clean, efficient portioning, while the forked end pierces and holds cheese slices for convenient serving.

The Rada Cutlery Cheese Knife is available in several gift sets including the Party Gift Set that also includes the Party Spreader. Customers agree that this cheese cutting knife is both incomparable and indispensible.

  • Blade Length: 5 1/4 inches

    Total Length: 9 5/8 inches

  • Hand washing all fine cutlery is recommended.

This prevents microscopic dings on the blades' cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher's high temperatures and abrasive detergents and helps protect your cutlery from corrosion, ultimately extending the life of their finish.

    Daughter's kitchen

Great, my daughter had stated months earlier while in my kitchen, "Dad, I really like these little knives. They're really sharp." The one she was holding had been my mothers. My son played baseball and we sold Rada to raise money for our team. I now have quite a few, my favorite, the long spreader.

    Buy it!

If you want to cut the cheese with ease, this is the cheese cutting knife for you! Firm cheese. Soft cheese. Whatever you please. . We are very happy with all of our RADA products & we have a lot! It all started from a Christmas gift from my sweet mother-in-law.

    Just right

I tried this knife on a block of Cheddar Cheese and it cut smoothly. It is well balanced and easily cleaned.

    Not Useful

The cheese knife currently being marketed is useless. The problem is no matter how hard you try, it is impossible to keep it from substantially curving to the left. A typical paring knife works much better than this product for cutting cheese.

Hi Jack, thank you for your note. Many people like the cheese knife but we agree that the design of the cheese knife makes it difficult to cut straight. We have started a discussion of what would a "new and improved" redesign look like but that is likely a year or more down the road. Regarding your paring knife to cut cheese comment, our GM says he often uses the Tomato Knife to do so. I have used both but find myself searching the drawer for the cheese knife as that is still my preference.
