The Super Parer is the largest paring knife manufactured by Rada Cutlery, and it’s one of the most useful tools in any kitchen! The larger size results in greater comfort and versatility, especially when using it for a long period of time.

The Extraordinary Value of the Rada Super Parer
DESCRIPTION
This is Rada's largest paring knife, with a 4⅜" non-serrated blade (8⅜” overall). It provides comfort and versatility, making it the perfect knife for paring jobs big or small. It's an obvious choice for breaking down a whole chicken, but its so adaptable, you can use it to dice a big pile of sweet potatoes or gently glide through a single kiwifruit too. For super results, look no further!
RECOMMENDED USES
You'll find that the straight-edge blade glides easily through nearly any food. Making potato salad for a picnic or sweet potatoes for a holiday meal is a breeze with this knife. It easily slices tough foods like beets, but allows for well-controlled cutting of onions, cabbage, and meat. When it comes right down to it, it can cut just about anything you put in its way.
BLADE
To assure our customers get the best-slicing knives available, all Rada blades are crafted from surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel then hollow ground to create a concave cutting edge, making our knives incredibly sharp with lifetime durability. Designed with frequent use in mind, non-serrated, hollow-ground blades can be easily re-sharpened to achieve a like-new blade again and again. HANDLE
This knife has two handle options. The silver handle is made from permanently cast brushed aluminum and has a satin finish. The black handle is constructed from stainless steel resin. Both are incredibly durable and fit beautifully into any kitchen décor.

A dull knife is a dangerous knife! Keep your blades sharp. When Rada’s high-quality non-serrated blades need sharpening, there’s no need for a professional knife-sharpening service. You can do it yourself in a matter of seconds with the modest but oh-so incredibly effective Quick Edge Knife Sharpener.

Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery. Hand washing prevents microscopic dings on a knife blade’s cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents that will negatively affect its handle, and ultimately extends the life of the knife.
While Rada’s black handle knives and utensils are more dishwasher tolerant than the silver handles, hand washing is still recommended.
