The cutouts in the blade provide effortless slicing, and the unique ridge separates slices as you cut. RECOMMENDED USES
Whether you’re making snacks for a party or just hankering for a hunk of cheese, once you use our Cheese Knife, your old wire-type slicer will seem kind of inadequate (sorry old pal). Cuts meat such as summer sausage and pepperoni too, making your next charcuterie board a cinch to throw together.
BLADE
To assure our customers get the best knives available, all Rada blades are crafted from surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel for a lifetime of durability. The Cheese Knife blade boasts unique serrations and cutouts, a ridge, and a forked end that make it truly special.
HANDLE
This knife has two handle options. The silver handle is made from permanently cast brushed aluminum and has a satin finish. The black handle is constructed from stainless steel resin. Both are incredibly durable and fit beautifully into any kitchen décor.

Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery. Hand washing prevents microscopic dings on a knife blade’s cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents that will negatively affect its handle, and ultimately extends the life of the knife.
While Rada’s black handle knives and utensils are more dishwasher tolerant than the silver handles, hand washing is still recommended.

Made in the USA
I needed a peeler and a potato masher and wanted to buy made in the USA. I found Rada and in the process of purchasing the peeler and masher I also saw the cheese knife so I added it. It works great the cheese does not stick to the knife like normal chef knives. Well made and I am pleased with the purchase.

Love my cheese knife
Cutting cheese has never been so easy. I was very impressed with how slicing soft cheeses was. Normally they stick to the blade of the knife, so nice slices can’t be made, but this sliced velveeta nicely .
