Which payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as payment through Shop Pay and PayPal.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Rada does not offer gift wrapping services; however, each of our gift sets comes prepackaged in an attractive, sturdy gift box. You can simply add a bow—no wrapping paper necessary.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you are welcome to send a personal Gift Message with your order. This option will be available on your shopping cart screen under the subtotal of your order. Simply type your message in the Gift Message box. This custom message will be printed on the order’s packing slip and included in the shipment. Pricing is not printed on our packing slips, so your gift recipient will not see the total of the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Our orders are promptly processed and submitted to our packing and shipping department upon submission. With the large volume of orders processed daily we are unable to guarantee that your order is cancelled, refunded, and removed from final shipment.
What shipping methods are available?
We partner with UPS for UPS Ground Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, and Economy Shipping. Economy Shipping is likely going to offer the lowest rates, but will also take the most time for delivery. This shipping method can be delivered via UPS or USPS if UPS delivers them to your local Post Office for final delivery.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and are set by our shipping partners. While shipping charges can sometimes seem high in comparison to Rada’s low product prices, Rada does not profit from shipping costs.
How will I know where my order is?
After your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to follow your order’s shipping progress.
